It was an exciting week at Seeds of Hope as we officially began work on our latest school expansion! Despite the difficulties of the past few months, we’re pressing on to ensure we can continue to make progress on our organizational goals.
Since 2018, we’ve committed to growing our school by one grade each year. And throughout all the challenging times we’ve weathered over the last six years, we’ve kept our promise to our students. Thanks to your faithful support, we’re on track to do it again.
Check out this exciting update from our CEO, Khader Ghanim, on the beginning of the project:
This latest step of purchasing and developing land for the 7th and 8th grades was only possible because of you—our Seeds of Hope family. You’ve shown up for us again and again and enabled us to continue impacting and investing in our students.
“Growing every year gives us more and more opportunities to develop deep, lasting relationships with our students,” shared Khader. “We get to continue to show the love of Jesus to our students, their families, and our staff.”
While your generosity has allowed us to purchase the land and begin the expansion project, we still need funding for certain aspects. We need to raise $226,200 to ensure we can fund the full expansion and be ready to welcome our 7th graders this fall. Learn more about this project here!
And our plans don’t stop there! We’re already working on securing neighboring parcels of land that will give us space for the 9th grade and above. Now more than ever, it’s clear how important our influence and presence in the community is. Seeds of Hope has been a source of hope, light, and help for individuals and families across our region, and we’re not slowing down.
Thank you for walking with us through the difficult times and the joyful ones—the tears and the laughter. Your investment is transforming lives in Jericho and beyond!
